Temperatures will be in the 40s in the Carolinas, Virginia and Washington D.C. New England will be in the 30s with 20s in Maine. RealFeel temperatures will average 5-10 degrees lower because of a wind around 10 mph, so bundle up in New England if you're outside at midnight.
