Hurricane Ike Video From Space
NASA got some great footage of Category 4 Hurricane Ike from the International Space Station this morning. They haven't released the pics online yet, but I have the video exclusively for you here.
NOTE: VIDEO MAY HAVE ADS; VIDEOS NOT AVAILABLE ON WIRELESS DEVICES
VIDEO CAPTION: These pictures of hurricane Ike were taken this morning from the International Space Station... 220 miles above the Earth. At 9:42am Eastern time, the hurricane was on a west-northwesterly direction in the Atlantic ocean, with winds clocked at 145 miles per hour.
P.S.: I was going to title this blog entry "Canes iiiiiiin Spaaaaaaaace!" (anybody else remember that?) but I just got in trouble for titling a video incorrectly Tuesday. See my super-secret blog for more information on that.
