The Blizzard of 2013 is coming to and end this morning and it was a heck of a storm. Top snow amounts by state as of 9 a.m. are as follows. More reports are available in our live blog and awesome heavy snow pics are shown in our photo blog.

Wind gusts to 83 mph were recorded with the storm -- just incredible. CNN says that over 650,000 are without power this morning.
