Western Snowstorm Update
The western storm that brought snow from BC to Saskatchewan ended up tracking slightly farther south, which led to more snowfall in the Calgary area and less just north of Edmonton.
However, based on the preliminary snowfall reports from Environment Canada below, it does look like the heaviest snowfall cut through the Red Deer, Alberta area as predicted. There was also heavy snowfall in the BC mountains.
The main snow area also ended up north of Saskatoon as the storm turned more toward the northeast as it entered Saskatchewan.
