A mid morning surface analysis shows how chilly winds from the Atlantic are well entrenched from Virginia to Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine, while a warm Gulf flow sweeps northward west of the Appalachians.
Last night's ECMWF model continued with its recent idea that more than 3 inches of rain could fall in parts of the Middle Atlantic states this week.
