River or stream flows are elevated. There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 229 AM PST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected over the area.
