...Patchy Black Ice this morning... Across northern New York early this morning, wet roads combined with temperatures falling below freezing may result in some patchy black ice this morning. Motorists and pedestrians should exercise caution as paved surfaces that appear wet may, in fact, be icy. Precautionary/Preparedness Actions...
