Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Although widespread heavy rain is not expected, scattered showers and storms are expected to redevelop across portions of West Central Texas this afternoon and continue to around sunset. These storms will be capable of producing a up to 3 inches of additional rainfall in a short amount of time. With soils already saturated, this additional rain would quickly produce flooding.
