...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties, Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, Sebastian and Washington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties, Adair, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, Pushmataha and Sequoyah. * WHEN...Through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered showers and storms are expected from southeast Oklahoma into northwest Arkansas in association with an area of low pressure aloft. The environment will support highly efficient rainfall producers, so pockets of locally heavy rainfall which could lead to flash flooding are possible as the system tracks northeast across the area from today into Tuesday morning. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
