Users in the world’s most populous country now have access to the revolutionary AccuWeather MinuteCast forecast, which offers by-the-minute precipitation forecasts for the next two hours, pinpointed to their exact location.

This exclusive, patented hyper localized minute-by-minute forecast is unique and includes precipitation type and intensity, as well as start and end times for precipitation for the next two hours, pinpointed to a person's exact street address or GPS location. MinuteCast is available free on AccuWeather's award-winning mobile apps and on www.AccuWeather.com, in 88 different languages.

The availability MinuteCast in China results from AccuWeather’s exclusive relationship with the China Meteorological Administration (CMA). Huafeng-AccuWeather (Beijing) Co., Ltd., a unique joint venture between AccuWeather and Huafeng Media Group, the CMAÂ’s commercial weather media company, is the only company sanctioned to distribute official weather information to all locations in China, including enhanced forecasts that rely on AccuWeather's unique forecasting techniques and Chinese patents.
