As a clipper races across the nation this weekend, there will be accumulating snow across Virginia and Maryland between Saturday night and Sunday morning. Despite high temperatures on Saturday remaining above freezing, temperatures are forecast to drop below freezing overnight, and some snow will stick to paved surfaces. Motorists should expect slippery travel as snow coats roadways, particularly Sunday morning.
