Areas most at risk are low-lying agricultural land and roads including Church Wilne, Draycott, and Wilne Lane between Draycott and Sawley. No further rainfall is forecast. River levels at Church Wilne Gauge will remain high until this evening. We are closely monitoring the situation. Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses & plan driving routes to avoid low-lying roads near rivers. This message will be updated by 18:00 on 16 November 2025 or as the situation changes.
