...HIGH SURF ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 5 PM CHST THURSDAY... * WHAT...Large breaking waves of 7 to 10 feet. * WHERE...North facing reefs of Chuuk. * WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 PM ChST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A building northeast trade swell will move into Chuuk. Seas will begin to build today, with the northeast swell becoming high enough to produce hazardous surf along north facing reefs this evening. Surf could reach as high as 11 feet Tuesday. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions. &&
