These thunderstorms will then combine to form an area of rain that will persist through Monday. Total rainfall amounts of 50 to 80 mm is expected. ### Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada. If visibility is reduced while driving, turn on your lights and maintain a safe following distance. Watch for possible washouts near rivers, creeks and culverts.
