WV Flooding, Rare Vermont Tornado
It was a crazy severe weather weekend in the East (even after the LandCane tore across the Midwest on Friday). States of Emergency were declared this weekend in both West Virginia and Kentucky after heavy rain Friday night. Over 100 buildings have been destroyed, with 1,500 damaged. WCHS has plenty of video including the one below. Channel 59 also has some updates.

A rare New England mountain tornado also occurred in Washington, VT Saturday evening. WPTZ has some photos and video. The NWS says:
