Winter Storm Wrap-Up, Tragic Photo

Carl pointed out CNN's article here mentioning a total of 683,000 who lost power from Duke Power alone. He also pointed out the horrific photo below -- where tragically a man was killed by a falling tree in North Carolina, one of four deaths attributed to the storm.
