Will Hanna Rain Out Penn State Game Saturday?
UPDATE: We are now predicting that "Downed trees and power lines are possible along the I-95 corridor from the Carolinas to Maine." with Hanna. Check our Weather Headlines at right for more information.
UPDATE: We are now on-location in Wilmington, NC and I have added those videos at right, along with more Raw videos of preparations.
UPDATE: I will be providing play-by-play updates on Hurricane Hanna this weekend on my "J's Breaking Weather News" feed at right (also on my Twitter, Plurk and Tumblr feeds). I will update the blog periodically with summaries of these. This seemed to make more sense than the opposite, which I did during Gustav.

You guys know I Don't Do Sports [JessePedia] but there's much talk here in the office of whether or not the Penn State football game will get rained out (or at least rained on) this Saturday by Hurricane Hannah. The good news is, we're on the edge of the rain shield; the bad news is that it hasn't moved much in the model forecasts since last night, and we'll see little to no rain on one side of the county, with heavy rain on the other.
Here are the NMM Forecast Model [JessePedia] forecasts for total rainfall through the weekend in Pennsylvania, from this morning (top) and last night (bottom). Only one thing's for sure: There are going to be a lot of busted forecasts on both sides of that edge, and Penn State is right in the middle of it.
