Wildfire in California's O.C.
A wildfire rages in Orange County, California today. Smoke could be seen easily in downtown Los Angeles on Monday.

Orange County Wildfire - Feb. 6, 2006 - Smoke from a wildfire driven by Santa Ana winds drifts over downtown Los Angeles Monday, Feb. 6, 2006. A wildfire spread over 1,800 acres of the Cleveland National Forest near Orange County suburbs on Monday, and voluntary evacuation of several hundred homes was requested. (Ap Photo/ Nick Ut)
As of 9 a.m. PST, the fire was only 7 percent contained and had not yet affected any structures, though many roads and schools were closed, according to NBC4. Fox News reports that 2,000 homes have been evacuated.
Unfortunately, the clockwise circulation around a high pressure system will keep a dry flow over the area through mid-week and Santa Ana winds may make conditions worse.
