White Xmas Update / Duh, Winter!

Here's an update on the White Christmas Forecast (see previous entry on how we do this):

And now THIS IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! Winter will start tomorrow!

Those of us in the East who have been suffering under way-below-normal temperatures and snowfall couldn't have guessed! Ironically, temperatures will be warmer by Christmas than they have been since late November here in State College, PA. Check out the temperatures so far this month on the graph below (obtained from here on AccuWeather.com). We've only risen as high as the normal temperatures (shown in green) twice this month!
