White Christmas Forecast!

In the past I have shown you Average White Christmas maps for the U.S., Canada and the U.K., have told you why we dream of White Christmases, and have laughed at the model predictions of snow cover on Dec. 25th. But this year I bring to you something more - a daring prediction from 3 weeks out of who will have a White Christmas in the U.S., courtesy our long-range forecaster Joe Bastardi (who writes a blog on our Pro site).
