Warmest Dec. Ever, Christmas 1776
Elliot Abrams had an excellent blog yesterday (PREMIUM | PRO) which did three important things:
AN EXCELLENT BLOG FROM OUR VP
- Dispelled the myth that this is the warmest December ever in NYC (it was warmer in '05, '01)
- Discussed Washington's crossing of the Delaware on Christmas Day, 1776 (during the Little Ice Age, as I have discussed)
- Continued his discussion of the "10mb" model maps that help us predict which areas will be cold enough for a White Christmas this year
