The SPC [JessePedia] has put up a Slight Risk for severe thunderstorms in a wide area surrounding the Arklatex region (where ARKansas, LA and Texas meet), saying"AT LEAST [FOR] THE FIRST HALF OF THE PERIOD... SEVERE WEATHER WILL REMAIN LIKELY... INCLUDING THE THREAT FOR STRONG/DAMAGING WINDS AND A COUPLE OF TORNADOES."
