Vietnam: Worst Flooding in 35 Years

Heavy rain in Vietnam at the end of the week added up to the worst flooding in 35 years, according to this article. CNN says that 47 are dead or missing (the death toll is similar to floods there in November 2005). To quote from our AccuWeather.com's world weather news blog (PREMIUM | PRO):
