ORIGINAL POST: The video blog below looks at the hybrid storm off the Southeast coast, which is whipping up 38-foot waves and 81 mph winds. On-shore winds are over 50 mph with waves over 10 feet on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. But what of its future? Could it turn into a hurricane? J.B. explains, below the video blog.
