Update on Caribbean Tropical System
The latest NHC statement on the system near Puerto Rico says that a closed circulation has formed. The edge of the circulation can now be seen on the San Juan, Puerto Rico radar (PREMIUM | PRO).

In general, the system is expected to move westward, according to the early run of the 12Z Model Spread [JessePedia]:
