TX Flooding Update, 2 Feet Offshore
Cable news stations on-air are doing a good job of covering the Houston flooding this morning, and video abounds. Google News has a selection of articles and photos, including this one at CNN, which reads:
KHOU.com probably has the most impressive coverage.
Limited rain (around an inch) fell overnight in Houston Metro, but over a foot of additional rain fell on the southeast coast of Texas (southwest of Houston). Off the coast of Louisiana, more than two feet of rain has fallen in the past week, according to the Lake Charles NEXRAD radar.
