Here's a list of totals over three feet from Montana, and over 16 inches from Wyoming:

Sweet Grass County, MT: 49.0" Near Red Lodge, MT: 49.0" Near Roscoe, MT: 45.0" Near Dean, MT: 44.0" Red Lodge, MT: 42.0" Pony, MT: 36.0"

Townsend Creek: 20.0" Fremont County, WY: 19.0" Big Horn County, WY: 18.0" Burgess Junction, WY: 16.0"
