UPDATE: 10 PM CENTRAL: Three tornadoes have been reported in the Texas Panhandle and southwest Kansas. Some raw radar animations are available here.

ORIGINAL POST: 5 PM CENTRAL - The first Tornado Watch has been issued for tonight's severe weather outbreak and supercell thunderstorms have broken out east of Amarillo, showing 2-inch hail and tornadic signatures already.
