Three Deaths in Texas Tornadoes
CNN reports this morning that three people were killed and ten were injured by tornadoes in northern Texas last night. CNN is showing live aerial footage of the damage on-air as of 8 a.m. Eastern.

Above is a shot from AccuWeather.com RadarPlus showing the hook echo over the location of the tornado (marked with an "X"). The really amazing thing about this supercell thunderstorm is (if you watch the movie) that it only lasted two hours. It formed at about 9:15 and dissipated by 11:15. This is rare for a tornadic supercell storm, and makes forecasting difficult.
A total of 7 tornado reports were received by the Storm Prediction Center yesterday. The southeastern-most red dot in the map above shows the location of the deadliest storm (also shown on the radar above).
