Texas, Oklahoma Snow Burst Captured on Radar, Satellite

After the sun came up, the line had quickly moved to the east, as you can see in the radar animation above, and the visible satellite showed where the majority of the snow fell:
Later in the day, when the MODIS satellite passed overhead, a high-resolution image showed some of the snow still on the ground of farmland on the Texas/Oklahoma border:
