NOON UPDATE: Below is a new list of New England snow totals so far. I also updated the list of "Possible Tornadoes" below with new data and added the tornado damage video below from affiliate WTVT and the winter storm video from ABCNewsOne. The J-CAM shows you what little we got here in PA today (an inch of sleet? I haven't measured yet).

VIDEO CAPTION: Authorities said a possible tornado caused heavy damage to two buildings at the Pasco County Jail in Land O' Lakes Florida, just north of Tampa. Several vehicles near the jail were overturned. One of the damaged buildings was a temporary structure being used to ease overcrowding. The building housed about 125 female inmates. Before the structure collapsed, all of the inmates had been evacuated into the main jail, officials said. The main building of the Pasco County Jail sustained roof damage. There was no serious damage to a second building housing about 100 male inmates. The National Weather Service said the storm was reported about 5:15 Sunday (12/16) morning. There were no injuries reported.
