Sunday Flooding Forecast Couldn`t Be Worse

An update to last night's blog, and a setup for a disastrous week in the Midwest, Missouri and Arknasas. Already in the last 24 hours, 3-4 inches of rain has fallen in parts of Missouri and Arkansas.This morning's GFS prediction of the remaining precipitation has put the heavy rain back in the same area as it fell last week. It would seem that, as of this morning, the forecast couldn't be worse for residents of Missouri and Arkansas. Stay tuned however, as the forecast will continue to change.

Below are additional flooding photos from Saturday, the 24-hour rainfall from this morning, and the latest GFS rainfall forecast, which couldn't be worse as it is predicting the heaviest rain to fall over the exact same areas as last week.
