There is a strong temperature gradient across the states of New York and Pennsylvania this afternoon as a warm front has moved northward. Temperatures in northern New York state are as low as 10 degrees, and snow is falling. Temperatures in southern New York are in the 40s with 50s in Pennsylvania. West Virginia is in the 60s.
