Southeast Tornado Outbreak Stats, Photos
UPDATE 1/23: Multimedia Storm Surveys are also now available from the Mississippi (EF0 & 2 EF2s) and Alabama (EF2) tornadoes.

; "THUNDERSTORM" SYMBOLS = FUNNEL CLOUDS
Tornado Reports: 20 Confirmed Tornadoes: 16* High Wind Reports: 52 Large Hail Reports: 53
Numbers are approximate since I'm trying to subtract the California action from the report summaries. A selection of photos is available from NOAA's Texas & eastern Louisiana "storm surveys." Of most interest were these two from Loranger, Louisiana showing how the high winds in tornadoes can ram debris through objects:
And also these two from Texas:
*This number will go up. Links to preliminary storm surveys, which are still ongoing. Updated number from 12 to 16 on Jan. 23rd.
