Science Center Damaged by Storms Reopens
According to a Press Release from Carnegie Science Center in Pittsburgh and the Post-Gazette, the Center reopens today after being severely damaged by thunderstorms Thursday, as reported first by this blog. The famous "E-Motion Cone" will be completely removed for repairs. The NWS says that a microburst hit the Center in Uptown Pittsburgh while a tornado affected the west end of the city.
