Saturday`s Outbreak May Be Worse

If you believe the NAM model's forecast for Saturday, that severe weather outbreak that evening will be much worse than this mid-week one. It is calling for CAPEs of over 2500 and Lifted Indices of below -10 in parts of Louisiana and Arkansas. Nothing it's predicting today or tomorrow comes close.

For reference, I have created a page which lists all major severe weather indices and what the numbers mean. You can see from that page that the numbers above are alarming.
