Eagle Pass, Texas, which was devastated by a tornado two weeks ago was narrowly missed tonight by a large supercell thunderstorm just across the border in Mexico. The video blog below takes us in-depth with ADCRP to look at the Eagle Pass near-miss. Also shown, two active tornado warnings southwest of Midland with a supercell nearly off the U.S. radar coverage area, and an overview of the severe weather reports so far this Wednesday.

A tornado in El Paso, along with hail that covered the ground and severe flooding, was caught on tape by KVIA-TV. Dozens of reports of hail (as large as 4.25" in diameter - softball size), wind (up to 80 mph) and tornadoes today from New Mexico eastward into Texas.
