As Henry predicted (PREMIUM | PRO) in his video blog this morning, the SPC has upgraded this morning's Slight Risk to a Moderate Risk for western Pennsylvania and much of Ohio. Storms are popping up as close as the middle of Ohio as of 1 PM Eastern.
