Radar From Atlanta Tornado?
I put a questionmark next to "Tornado" because it has not yet been confirmed by the NWS as of this writing. This report concentrates on the radar from the storm. For more information on the storm, including photos and videos, visit my earlier blog entry.

AccuWeather.com RadarPlus showed a fierce storm moving over the city at 9:40 PM when the Tornado Warning was issued.

As the tornado warnings said, the storm had significant rotation detected by the government's NEXRAD Doppler radar. In this case, blue means winds away from the radar, red towards the radar, so interpolating you can see that there is a rotation (clockwise, which is anti-cyclonic, but it doesn't make a difference as far as the potential tornado).
