With the disclaimer that these are the overnight Weird Runs [JessePedia], and meteorologists will put much more credence in the "12Z" runs which will be out by early afternoon...

The NMM model continues to push a significant (pressure below 28.60" / Category 2) hurricane towards the Carolina Coast at the end of its forecast period. The GFS agrees on the timing and location, but brings in only a weak (sub-29.80") tropical storm.
