Possible Tropical Low off Carolina Coast Again
I'm back from my vacation on the Carolina coast, but the low pressure there (one of several that have formed) is looking more organized this morning (loop):

The NHC has given it a 40% chance of being named a tropical or subtropical storm (up from 10% last night). AccuWeather also has this news story about the storm. Below is a radar shot from this morning, showing the circulation driving rain into Oak Island, North Carolina, the beach where I was on Saturday.
