Ski patrolman, Snow Safety Supervisor, Chris Mayall of Crested Butte, Colo. stands on a six foot high weather station platform while inspecting a calibrated snow tube after the last snowfall of this winter ski season on Saturday, April 12, 2008 at Crested Butte Mountain Resort who is reporting a new record year of snowfall with 422 inches above the 415 inches recorded in 1979-80, and over 30 inches of water content, which makes the Gunnison Basin Water District 180 percent above then normal. The Calibrated Snow Tube is to measure the water content of the snow. (AP Photo/Nathan Bilow)
