Here's a video from Mount Washington showing the 120 sustained winds, that gusted to 153 mph, trying to rip their airlock door off. You gotta admire those guys that work there.

And here's a video from blog reader Steve, of Battery Park in New York City as waves wash onto the sidewalk (human runs away, dog named "Blizzard" drinks the sea water):

And last but not least, here are some photos from the Associated Press:*

Slammed in Suburbia - Apr. 16, 2007 - An uprooted tree, trash and muddy paths are evidence of the destruction caused by flood waters in Columbus Park, next to the train station in Mamaroneck, N.Y., Monday, April 16, 2007. (AP Photo/Stuart Ramson)

A man looks out from the second floor of a flooded building in Bound Brook, N.J., Monday, April 16, 2007. New Jersey was placed under a state of emergency Monday as more than 1,400 residents were evacuated due to flooding from over a day of heavy rains and strong winds from a potent Nor'easter. A car abandoned by the driver sits in water that overflowed the banks of the Cooper River along South Park Drive, Sunday, April 15, 2007, in Collingswood, N.J. In the background is the new boathouse. A major Nor'easter predicted to be the region's worst storm in 15 years pounded New Jersey on Sunday with heavy rain and high winds, canceling hundreds of flights and flooding roadways.
