Photos: Sunsets, Snow, Halo, More

This photo, taken yesterday by AccuWeather.com Weather Photo Gallery user vaseleco in Draper, Utah, shows that the West is still asserting itself as a player in this year's snow battle:

This is my roof from my balcony. I live in a suburb of Salt Lake City, UT, called Draper. There was no snow on the ground this morning. It started snowing at 11 am and this photo was taken at 3 pm. It is still coming down heavily.

But sometimes you have to go international to find snow. Here's a beautiful photo uploaded by trasqu in Siero Spain, taken on New Year's Day:
