ORIGINAL POST:

A Missouri State Highway Patrol car sits in a snow bank Friday, Dec. 1, 2006, after it slid off an I-70 service road in Columbia, Mo. A storm that dropped over a foot of snow on the area caused I-70 to be closed earlier in the day.(AP Photo/L.G. Patterson)
