A dust devil (or maybe a weak tornado) crossed a highway in the Middle East island nation of Bahrain yesterday (country info | full PDF map) causing onlookers to chase it with their cars and snap photos. It was reported to be weak, so it was probably only a dust devil, although the article says it was cloudy at the time and heavy rain followed it.
