Photos: Crazy Snow News From Europe, Middle East
Baghdad, Iraq saw its first snow in memory yesterday. Some said they remembered snow in the 1940's, others said it had been more than 100 years since flakes fell there. The truth is, weather records are hard to come by there, so we probably won't ever know for sure. Yahoo News has more photos like the one below.

After weathering nearly five years of war, Baghdad residents thought they'd pretty much seen it all. But Friday morning, as muezzins were calling the faithful to prayer, the people here awoke to something certifiably new. For the first time in memory, snow fell across Baghdad.
