ORIGINAL BLOG: 11 AM: A Civil Emergency Message has been issued for the State of South Carolina, urging residents to stay inside if they are safe. Over 17 inches of rain fell near Columbia, South Carolina just last night! Coastal flooding and beach erosion also continues, thanks to Hurricane Ignacio.
