Ohio Valley Blizzard Snow Maps in 3-D
Again with apologies to our wireless users, in the video blog below, I take a look at the snow totals from last week's blizzard in 3-D using Google Earth. I follow the path of the storm with a snow depth map, while highlighting the individual amounts reported in my "master" list yesterday, and I also take a look at a satellite image showing the snow on the ground. You can see the highest amounts rise from 14 inches in Oklahoma to over 25 inches from Ohio into New York, then over 15 inches in Quebec and Maine.
