O.T.: Tsunami Hits Japan
Just a quick note to say that the press is reporting this morning that an 8.1 magnitude earthquake off the coast of Japan will has caused a tsunami, though they are unsure of the size.
Coastal residents were asked to evacuate. The tsunami could reach as far as Alaska's Aleutian islands. More information on arrival times for the Pacific can be obtained from the NOAA Warning or the U.S. arrival time list.
